I started an exchange weeks ago and I’m still waiting with no clear update. The whole process has been confusing and way more frustrating than it should be. Like, make it make sense, how does a simple exchange take this long?

My order did show up in good shape, so that was nice, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would. The item itself is okay for the price, not great, actually maybe decent enough if you’re not expecting too much. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall it was kind of an average experience, though I wouldn’t say it was bad.

I got a shirt from 1776 Supply Co, and at first the print was looking good. But after a few washes, fading started happening more than I expected. It’s not totally ruined or anything, just noticeable enough that I was a little disappointed. The fabric itself is fine, and shipping was okay too. I’ll still wear it around, just better I wish the design held up.

From what I remember, the box looked beat up when it arrived, and the packaging didn’t seem very sturdy. The item itself had some scuffs on it too, so my impression was that it wasn’t protected all that well during shipping.

I had a problem with my order support just kept sending me in circles. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but it never actually got resolved. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Like I said, this was way thinner than I thought it would be. The material just feels too thin for me, like I said, not really what I was expecting.

I get that shipping delays can happen, and I’m not trying to be unreasonable about it. But the tracking barely updated for days, so I had no clue where my package actually was. It did arrive eventually, which I appreciate, but it would’ve felt a lot fairer if the tracking info had been more accurate or at least updated along the way.

In the end, it was decent enough, but I’m not sure I’d be in a rush to buy it again. The quality was fine and the price was okay, but for what I paid, I was expecting it to feel a bit better

I had to send an order back and expected the refund to take a while, but 1776 Supply Co got it back on my card within a few days. That part was a nice surprise. The return process itself wasn’t bad, but I was expecting clearer instructions on what to do and when. Overall, not perfect, but the refund timing was solid.

The description was accurate overall, though it did miss a few details. Maybe I just expected too much or overlooked something, but I felt like a couple things could’ve been clearer.
